WORKING PRINCIPLE

The LAB air classifier and the feeder, cyclone separator, dust-collecting fan, induced draft fan control system is composed of a set of classification system. Under the action of negative pressure wind, the material enters directly into the grading area from above the equipment quantitatively through the feeder. Under the action of powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating grading turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated. The fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator or Dust Collector through the clearance of the grading wheel blades and are collected. The fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator or dust collector through the clearance of the grading wheel blade, and the coarse particles enter the secondary grading area through the fan. Under the action of the secondary wind, the third grading is carried out. Materials that meet the particle size enter the first-stage grading area through the fan for re-grading, and those that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone collector or dust collector through the grading wheel blades, and the separated coarse particles are discharged through the unloader.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
