1. Each lubrication point is lubricated with sodium grease or calcium grease.

2. Each shift should check whether the internal lubricating oil of the reducer is on the oil needle engraving line and change the oil every 6 months.

3. Always check whether the lower bearing or intermediate frame bearing bush, bearing and sealing ring are worn and the bearing bush is damaged, so that it can be replaced in time.

4. Bearing lubrication must be injected into the bearing with a manual dry oil pump every 4 hours to maintain the sealing performance of the bearing.
